Wholesale Minimum Order: Initial: $200; Re-order: $100

Means of Payment Accepted:

• Credit Card on initial order (Visa, M/C and American Express); not charged until order is shipped.
• Net 30 accounts after satisfactory completion of credit application (inactive accounts must reapply after 1 year inactivity); no CODs.

Payment Issues:

• 1.5% interest per month charged on overdue and unpaid accounts;
• $20 charge for returned checks.

Shipping:

• Jean Elton Uses Fedex Ground or UPS for shipping
• Customers are charged rates quoted by shipping company plus packing cost (cost of cartons times (1+22% for packing material)).

Return of Merchandise:

• If within 15 days of your purchase, you realize you made the wrong choice, you pay only for the return postage of the item.
• Once we receive the item back in acceptable condition, you will receive a full refund, less 10% restocking fee.

Goods Broken in Shipment:

• If all or part of your shipment was lost or damaged in transit, you are elligible to receive a refund or replacements for the broken pieces. All damage claims must be made within the 15 day time period.
• Please save original packing materials and provide us the tracking number on the box in which the damaged goods were shipped.
