This piece is part of our Odyssey Series of hand-painted bowls and vases.  It was painted using glaze stains, or underglazes, and then covered with a transparent glaze: half is shiny and the black rim is a matte finish.  It is 18″ in diameter, and 6.25″ in height.

As with all our pieces, it is stoneware and therefore perfect for every day use, as well as lovely for home decor.  It is microwave and dishwasher safe, and the glazes used are lead-free.
